Every account signs in with a code sent to its own email or phone. That is not identity verification, and we do not claim it is — if someone seems wrong, report them and a person will look.

No model ranks you and there is no compatibility percentage generated by software. Matching runs on the Five Alignments you ranked and what you said you wanted, and introductions carry the reason they were made.

The app matches you from the member pool, on your own. Matchmaking means Samuel takes you on as a client, learns you across a two-hour intake, and goes looking for the right person whether or not she is already in the pool. That search is most of what the retainer buys.

Yes. Coaching is for anyone trying to get better at relationships, whether they are looking for one or already in one.

No, and Samuel will not suggest otherwise. He is not a licensed therapist and does not provide mental-health treatment. Where something is clinical, he will say so and help you find the right professional.

Tell Samuel and he pauses everything. If it ends inside your term, you pick up where you left off at no extra charge.
